I’m Clare—Founder of Her Business Collective, Executive Virtual Assistant, Online Business Manager & Business Mentor, and your go-to support system for making business feel lighter.
MY STORY
I didn’t always know this was what I’d do. In my 20s, I worked across hospitality management, real estate, and administration—gaining experience, learning fast, but never quite finding the thing that truly clicked. Then, I had my first baby, lockdown happened, and my job was suddenly on the line. That’s when I knew working a 9-5 for someone else wasn’t the future I wanted. I needed something that worked for me and my family.
A colleague suggested I’d make an incredible VA, and from that moment, I was all in. I took the leap, started my own business, and within a month, I was fully booked. I handed in my notice and never looked back.
With my ability to learn fast and my love for taking on a challenge, I found myself working alongside incredible women across so many industries—helping them scale, streamline, and finally breathe again. And honestly? It still lights me up every single day.
But in late 2024, I knew it was time to give more. I saw too many women entrepreneurs and small business owners running businesses while feeling stretched way too thin, trying to do it all, and burning out in the process. That’s why I rebuilt my business and launched Her Business Collective—to be the support system I wish I had when I started.
And now? This year, I’m taking it even further. Alongside my services, I’ll be helping women in business build offers that go beyond service-based work—creating affordable, low-ticket options that make it easier to start, run, and grow without the heavy price tag. Because support should be accessible, and I’m here to make sure it is.
I’m obsessed with helping women-led businesses grow without the stress. Whether that means setting up seamless systems, designing and creating, taking the day-to-day workload off your plate, or helping you figure out your next best move—I’m here to make business feel easier.
